What is Myofunctional Therapy?

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy is a personalized exercise therapy program that targets the muscles of the face, mouth, and tongue. It helps correct improper oral habits and supports optimal breathing, swallowing, and facial development.

When the tongue doesn’t naturally rest on the roof of the mouth it can lead to issues like poor sleep, speech and swallowing difficulties, restricted airway, muscle tension and dysfunction. Therapy retrains these muscles through customized exercises, improving function and promoting long-term wellness.

Whether you're an adult or a child, this therapy can play a vital role in enhancing your overall health and quality of life.
